Who provides the vehicle
Before confirmation, check the operator name, contract terms and handover contact. The vehicle owner and rental operator may differ. A platform listing does not replace your review of the terms.
Reading reviews
Look for reviews after completed rentals on the vehicle page. No published reviews does not imply a good or bad rating. Real feedback must not be replaced with promotional scores.
Reporting a problem
Contact CarMisto with your request reference and a description of the issue. The contract, correspondence, report or photos may be needed. Do not publish other people’s personal data in reviews.
Comparing two rental suppliers
Open offers for the same dates and compare more than the daily rate. Check the address, handover hours, deposit amount and method, mileage allowance and cancellation procedure. Identify who confirms the car and who provides the contract. If one offer concerns a specific vehicle and another a class, ask about substitution. A marketplace profile does not imply a certification, score or guarantee that the profile does not actually show.
Feedback that helps the next renter
Helpful feedback describes your completed trip: whether agreed terms matched, how pickup went, vehicle condition and the return process. Separate facts from impressions and provide context without other people’s personal data. For an unresolved issue, send the request reference and evidence through support instead of publishing documents or bank details. Another renter’s experience helps you prepare questions; it does not confirm availability for your dates.
