Security deposit

Refunds and disputes
Keep the contract, receipts and return report. Request an itemised explanation and evidence for deductions. Contact the payment recipient about refunds and CarMisto about your request. Bank processing may take time after a refund is initiated.
Comparing two rental quotes
Compare identical dates and times, included mileage and the extras you need. A lowest advertised daily rate is not the full trip total. An advance may form part of the rental charge; the deposit is shown separately. For offers in different currencies, agree the final settlement currency with the supplier: the website currency switch helps you view prices but does not change contract terms. Keep the agreed breakdown before paying.
