Platform terms, booking terms and the privacy policy are linked below. The vehicle rental contract is with the identified operator.

Management and rent-to-own

Programme contracts are agreed individually before handing over a vehicle or making payments. Approved public templates are not yet available. Management terms do not automatically cover rent-to-own and an enquiry creates no payment obligation.

Confirm driver requirements before travelling

Ask which documents must be presented at pickup and what details are needed to arrange the rental. Check the format accepted by the operator, validity and requirements for the main and any additional driver. If relevant, ask about a foreign driving licence or payment by another person. Obtain age, experience and card requirements from the agreed offer rather than assuming a universal rule from the car category. Do not send document copies through the general enquiry form.

Keep agreed terms and the handover record

Before signing, compare the vehicle or agreed class, dates, return point, rental charge, deposit and included services. Ask how condition, fuel or charge and mileage are recorded at pickup and return. Keep your contract copy, payment records and inspection materials where you can find them by request reference. This CarMisto guide helps prepare questions; it does not replace reviewing and agreeing your contract with the operator.

Which documents do you need to rent a car?

Check the selected offer's driver requirements and required documents before travelling. The person collecting the car and all permitted drivers should be agreed with the operator.

Platform policies explain using CarMisto and handling information. The vehicle rental contract concerns the named supplier. Management and rent-to-own require separate agreements; an ordinary enquiry does not replace them.

Compare the rental conditions

Read return, responsibility and termination terms before signing or paying. Do not upload identity documents through an unverified channel simply because someone asks.
