CarMisto helps you find and compare rental offers. The car is provided by the rental company or partner shown on its listing; that offer’s price and terms apply.

How do I book a car?

Enter the city, dates, and times, open a car listing, and complete the booking details. Before submitting, check the total price, pick-up location, deposit, and terms shown for the selected car.

Are the deposit, insurance, and mileage included in the price?

This depends on the individual offer. Each listing shows the daily price and available terms, including deposit, insurance, mileage allowance, excess, and optional services. Review them before booking.

How can I check if a car is available for my dates?

Select dates and times in search to filter offers by availability. Final confirmation depends on the car's current status and the partner's terms.

Can I cancel or change a booking?

Yes, but the rules and deadlines depend on the offer. Check the cancellation terms before booking or contact support with your booking number.

What should I check when picking up and returning a car?

Together with the representative, record the vehicle and interior condition, mileage, fuel level, equipment, and photos. Keep the inspection report or photo record until the rental ends.

Car rental services and extras for your journey

Choose rental services after clarifying the city, route, passengers and rental length. One journey needs only a car; another may require delivery, a child seat or a second authorised driver. Compare these options between specific CarMisto listings: a stated service and agreed charge matter more than a broad vehicle category.

Delivery to an address and a different return point

Agree the address, date, time and local contact. For collection after a train, allow time to leave the station and meet the representative. Check delivery and vehicle-collection charges separately. Returning in another district or city can change logistics and cost; it is not automatically included.

Child seats and additional drivers

For a journey with a child, arrange the seat type, installation and compatibility with the actual vehicle in advance. Identify everyone who will drive and agree their documents, requirements and any fee. An additional driver is another authorised renter, not a chauffeur service.

Insurance, mileage and the permitted route

Included insurance does not mean zero excess or no exclusions. Check the daily or agreed total mileage and excess-distance price. Travel beyond the permitted area requires separate supplier agreement; proximity to a border or an SUV label does not permit border crossings or off-road use.

Automatic, crossover or economy: specifications, not extras

Use catalogue filters for transmission, seats, body style and fuel. Economy, Business or Premium can overlap with a crossover or electric vehicle. For a short trip, assess collection convenience; for a family, passengers and luggage together; for longer hire, the period total and mileage.

Agree the total before collecting the keys

Keep a record of required services and their prices before confirmation. Free cancellation follows the offer rules, and a zero deposit does not establish zero excess. The partner confirms the car, equipment and optional services; submitting a request does not collect an online payment.
